Any promotion codes, sales, specials or coupons negate the money back guarantee. The 100PG for eligible programs applies only to those within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. The 100PG applies only to the first-time you prep with NRCMEPREP.
100PG eligibility requires individuals to take the official exam and complete at least 5 full-length practice tests consistently scoring above 80% on each practice test.
The 100PG only enables you to receive a refund for your subscription as provided herein. This guarantee constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy and in no event shall NRCMEPREP have any liability to you for damages, including, without limitation, indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages. The foregoing guarantee is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, in fact or by law, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To Redeem the 100PG: You must email us at support@nrcmeprep.com providing proof of failure within 30 days of your exam date. Once your eligibility has been confirmed, your account will be closed and your payment will be refunded.
